Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for classes that have been booked and attended.

Booking Terms

  • Class dates cannot be changed once a booking has been confirmed.

  • Missed classes, including no-shows or late arrivals, are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to future sessions.

Respect & Conduct Policy

All participants are expected to treat staff, instructors, and fellow members with respect at all times and to use equipment responsibly and safely.

  • Any form of disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, other participants, or misuse of equipment will not be tolerated.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants from a class, or suspend or permanently revoke booking privileges if this policy is violated.

  • No refunds will be provided in cases where action is taken due to a breach of this Respect & Conduct Policy.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in classes.

  • Staff and instructors reserve the right to refuse service or participation if they believe a participant’s health, safety, or well-being may be negatively affected by certain exercises or classes.

  • If a participant is refused service for health and safety reasons, a full refund will be issued for the affected class.

  • This decision is made in the interest of participant safety and overall class welfare and is final.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above.
