Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for classes that have been booked and attended.
Booking Terms

Class dates cannot be changed once a booking has been confirmed.

Missed classes, including no-shows or late arrivals, are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to future sessions.
Respect & Conduct Policy
All participants are expected to treat staff, instructors, and fellow members with respect at all times and to use equipment responsibly and safely.

Any form of disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, other participants, or misuse of equipment will not be tolerated.

Management reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants from a class, or suspend or permanently revoke booking privileges if this policy is violated.

No refunds will be provided in cases where action is taken due to a breach of this Respect & Conduct Policy.
Health & Safety Disclaimer

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in classes.

Staff and instructors reserve the right to refuse service or participation if they believe a participant’s health, safety, or well-being may be negatively affected by certain exercises or classes.

If a participant is refused service for health and safety reasons, a full refund will be issued for the affected class.

This decision is made in the interest of participant safety and overall class welfare and is final.
